As per the instructions of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, the Samadhan Shivir is being organised from 10 am to 12 noon on every working day with an aim to find prompt resolution to people's problems at the district level and subdivision level. The officials from all departments remain present during the Shivir so that the grievances can be resolved at the earliest. The officials have been directed to resolve the complaints on priority and if there is any technical issue, then they should apprise the complainant about the problem.”

The DC directed the Executive Engineer of the Municipal Corporation to resolve the complaint related to streetlight.
