Kaithal: Five students of the RKSD College cleared the IIT JAM exam conducted by the IIT, Roorkee, in February this year. Amaranth, Divya, Ishika and Shweta from the chemistry department AIR of 238, 648, 2231 and 2455, respectively, while Mohit from the mathematics department got AIR 2,531. On Tuesday, principal Sanjay Goyal along with the college faculty congratulated the students.

Talk on education system abroad

Faridabad: The international affairs cell of the JC Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, organised an expert talk on the “education system in Hungary”. University spokesperson said the lecture made students aware of the academic opportunities available abroad and guide them. Speaker Judit Nagy, law student, Pazmany Peter Catholic University, Budapest, Hungary, discussed the career growth plan and strategies to be followed for studying in Hungary.

DCRUST convocation on April 29

Sonepat: Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology (DCRUST), Murthal, will organise its 7th convocation on April 29. Controller of Examination Mahabir Singh Dhankhar said Governor-cum-Chancellor Bandaru Dattatreya would be the chief guest. In all, 1,303 degrees and medals will be conferred on students who have completed their academic programme in 2021. Eligible candidates can register on www.dcrustedp.in by April 21.
