He said yoga had seen a tremendous rise in popularity globally, driven in part by the increasing number of doctors recommending yoga to patients. Highlighting the vital role of yoga in modern life, Sachdeva remarked, “Yoga is not just a physical practice — it’s a holistic science that enhances mental and spiritual wellbeing.”
