51 IAS, 5 HCS officers shifted

The Haryana Government issued transfer and posting orders of 51 IAS officers and five HCS officers with immediate effect, giving additional charge of the Home Department to ACS (Tourism), Vijai Vardhan, while giving new Deputy Commissioners to 11 districts.

Vardhan, Additional Chief Secretary, Tourism Department, has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Home, Jails, Criminal and Investigation Administration of the Justice Department in addition to his present duties.

Varinder Kundu has been posted as Chief Executive Officer, Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority, Gurugram, in addition to his present duties. Anand Mohan Sharan is Principal Secretary, Social Justice and Empowerment and Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Classes Backward Departments, in addition to his present duties.

G Anupama has been posted as Secretary to Haryana Governor; Neerja Sekhar goes as Principal Secretary Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department and Fisheries Department.

Vijay Singh Dahiya has been posted as Labour Commissioner, Haryana, and Secretary, Labour Department; Amneet P Kumar as Director General Secondary Education and Secretary to School Education Department; TL Satyaprakash as Chief Operating Officer, India International Horticulture Market, Ganaur, in addition to his present duties.

Amit Kumar Agrawal has been posted as Director, Urban Local Bodies and Special Secretary Urban Local Bodies Department and Mission Director, State Urban Livelihood Mission and State Urban Development Authority, Haryana.

Ajit Balaji Joshi goes as Excise and Taxation Commissioner and Secretary, Excise and Taxation Department; Sanjay Joon as Commissioner, Faridabad Division, Faridabad, Special Commissioner, Health and Nutrition, Mewat area and Chairman, Mewat Development Agency, Nuh.

Saket Kumar is Director, Industries and Commerce and Special Secretary, Industries, and Commerce Department; Ramesh Chander Bidhan goes as Director, Consolidation of Land Holdings and Land Records, Haryana, Special Officer (HQ) and Special LAO, Haryana and Special Secretary, Revenue and Disaster Management Department; Sumedha Kataria as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Panchkula; Satyavir Singh Phulia as Transport Commissioner and Special Secretary, Transport Department.

J Ganesan will be the Secretary, Haryana Public Services Commission, in addition to his present duties; Ashok Kumar Meena goes as Commissioner, Food and Drugs Administration, Haryana and Chief Executive Officer, Ayushman Bharat Haryana Health Protection Authority; Atul Kumar as Director, AYUSH, Haryana, Special Secretary Health Department and Managing Director, Haryana Medical Services Corporation.

Ravi Prakash Gupta, Director has been posted as Deputy Commissioner Fatehabad; Chander Shekhar Khare as Director, Agriculture, and Farmers Welfare, and Special Secretary Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department; Rajiv Rattan as Managing Director, Haryana Warehousing Corporation.

Sonal Goel has been posted as Chief Executive Officer Gurugram Metropolitan City Bus Limited, Gurugram, Yash Garg as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Faridabad, Sujan Singh goes as Deputy Commissioner Kaithal.

Prabhjot Singh has been posted as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Panipat, Rajesh Jogpal as Special Secretary, Home-II Department and Commissioner, Gurdwara Elections, Jitender Kumar as Deputy Commissioner Rewari, Hema Sharma as Deputy Commissioner Panipat.

Jitender Yadav has been posted as Administrator, HSVP, Gurugram, and Additional Director, Urban Estate, Gurugram, Shyam Lal Punia has been appointed as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Yamunanagar, Vinay Partap Singh has been posted as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurugram and Chief Administrator Shri Mata Sheetla Devi Shrine Board, Gurugram.

Naresh Kumar has been posted as Deputy Commissioner Palwal, Yash Pal as Deputy Commissioner Faridabad, Yashendra Singh as Director, Skill Development and Industrial Training and Employment and Additional Secretary, Skill Development and Industrial Training and Employment Department and Director Art and Cultural Affairs, Haryana.

Narhari Singh Banger has been posted as Deputy Commissioner Jhajjar, Rajiv Mehta as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Karnal and Chief Executive Officer, Karnal Smart City Ltd, Dhirendra Khadgata as Deputy Commissioner Kurukshetra, Priyanka Soni as Deputy Commissioner, Hisar.

Dharmender Singh has been posted as Additional Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Faridabad, Ajay Kumar as Deputy Commissioner, Bhiwani, Nishant Kumar Yadav as Deputy Commissioner Karnal.

Pradeep Dahiya goes as Administrator, HSVP, Faridabad and Additional Director, Urban Estate, Faridabad, Parth Gupta as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ambala, Manoj Kumar as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Rohtak, Secretary, RTA Rohtak, Munish Sharma as Additional Deputy Commissioner Sonepat, and Secretary, RTA Sonepat.

Vikram is the new Additional Deputy Commissioner, Nuh and Secretary, RTA, Nuh, Lalit Kumar is Director, Archaeology and Museums and Additional Secretary Archaeology and Museums Department, Mohd. Imran Raza has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner of Mahendragarh and Secretary RTA, Mahendragarh.

Prashant Panwar has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner Gurugram and Secretary, RTA, Gurugram, Uttam Singh as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Jhajjar, and Secretary, RTA, Jhajjar, Rahul Hooda as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Rewari, and Secretary, RTA, Rewari.

Meanwhile, among the five HCS officers who have been posted include Dinesh Singh Yadav. He has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad, and Secretary, RTA, Faridabad.

Veena Hooda is Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra, and Secretary, RTA, Kurukshetra, in addition to her present duties, Munish Nagpal is Additional Deputy Commissioner and Secretary, RTA, Bhiwani, and Additional Deputy Commissioner Charkhi- Dadri and Secretary RTA, Charkhi –Dadri, Rohit Yadav has been posted as Secretary, HAFED, Panchkula, and CAO of Haryana Dairy Development Cooperative Federation Limited and Ashutosh Ranjan has been posted as General Manager Haryana Tourism Development Corporation.
