Six-year-old Avantika Verma from Arya Nagar village, Hisar, has achieved a remarkable feat by setting a new record. Just a year after being listed in the India Book of Records for naming all 28 Indian states and their Chief Ministers in 44 seconds, Avantika has now set a record in the Asia Book of Records. This time, she identified the names of 42 currencies from different countries while being blindfolded in just 30 seconds.
Avantika’s family is immensely proud of her achievements. Her father Pradeep Kumar Verma, who works for a private company in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, and her mother Neelam Verma, a homemaker, have expressed their pride in their daughter’s unique talent. At such a young age, many children struggle with basic skills, but her achievements are simply impressive.
Her father said Avantika’s talent was evident early on and that she was inspired after attending an educational seminar in Bhilwara. He praised Avantika’s grandfather, Shankar Lal Verma, for encouraging her and helping her excel.
Her mother also expressed her confidence in her daughter’s abilities. Avantika herself believes that children from rural areas have immense potential and with proper guidance and encouragement, they can achieve great things. She encourages all parents to support their children’s interests and activities to help them succeed and bring pride to their families.
