Eleven farmers from various organisations sat on relay fast at the Tikri border on Tuesday. Bharatiya Kisan Union leader Rakesh Tikait visited the site to boost the morale of protesters.

Tikait said they would accept nothing less than repeal of the three laws and there was no question of accepting amendments.

“The ongoing protest will be intensified if the meeting on Wednesday remains inconclusive. Farmers carrying the Tricolour will enter Delhi on January 26 if the government does not accept our demands till then,” he said.
