Faridabad, August 11
A 60-year-old resident died after being hit by stray bulls who were fighting on a road here last night. This is the second such incident in the past eight days when someone has been killed in such a manner.
According to police sources, the incident took place last night when the victim, identified as Mubeen, a driver by profession and a resident of a village in the NIT Assembly segment, was riding a motorcycle. He was going towards Pali village, when he tried to pass from the side of two bulls fighting on the road. It is reported that the victim’s two-wheeler was struck by one of the bulls that resulted in his fall on the road. The incident took place near a toll plaza on the Faridabad-Sohna road. While the victim was rushed to the Civil Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries soon after. This is second such incident reported in the district.
Earlier, a 24-year-old, identified as Ravi, was killed near the Kheri Pul locality in Greater Faridabad on August. He was hit by two bulls fighting on the main road around 10.30 pm on his way to his home in Bharat colony here. — TNS
