This decision comes after recent representations made by residents of Mahendragarh district to Health Minister Arti Singh Rao, highlighting the dilapidated condition of several Anganwadi centre buildings, particularly those located in various villages and the bus stands in Narnaul city. Responding swiftly to these concerns, the Health Minister asked the Haryana State CSR Trust to provide necessary funds for the renovation and repair of the Anganwadi centres.

Thereafter, the Trust has sanctioned Rs 28.75 lakh for the renovation of Anganwadi centres in various locations, including Kalwadi, Kotiya villages under Kanina block, Khod and Tigra villages under Ateli block, Basai and Khudana villages under Mahendragarh block and Mohanpura village under Nangal Chaudhary block in the district. The funds will be utilised for laying tiles on the roof and floors, as well as for painting the walls.
