9-year-old boy found murdered in Faridabad
The police have registered a case in connection with the death of a 9-year-old boy here. No arrest has been made so far.
The body of the victim, identified as Vinay, a resident of Sector 21 D, was found from a spot near Mangar village on Tuesday. He had gone missing on Monday. Claiming that the boy was kidnapped allegedly by some persons from a park, Mahender, his father, said he had got a call from an unidentified number in which the caller demanded a ransom of Rs 5 lakh for the safe release of his son. He said the caller had threatened to kill his son if he informed the police about it.
