Sonepat, February 18
Anurag Dhanda, senior vice-president, AAP, claimed that the party is developing very speedily as the third option in the state and people want to take it to number one.
The BJP was trying to run governments in the country and the state in a dictatorial manner which should be opposed everywhere. Dhanda was interacting with mediapersons at PWD rest house after holding a meeting of party workers for the preparations for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
Taking a dig at the state government on the farmers’ protest, Dhanda said that the Haryana Government was torturing the farmers who were sitting on the state borders for their demands. The farmers wanted to go to Delhi, which is their democratic right, but the state government was taking away their democratic right.
He said the government has blocked all the state and national highways with cemented barriers to stop the farmers. Internet has also been stopped in various districts. Dhanda said that AAP is with the farmers and also demanded that the government should bring an ordinance to implement MSP.
