Absentees to get another chance for physical test: Haryana Staff Selection Commission

Chairman of the Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) Himmat Singh said the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) tests for 5,000 men constables and 1,000 women constables in the Haryana Police concluded today at the Tau Devi Lal Sports Complex in Panchkula. The Commission has decided that candidates, who missed the examination for any reason will be given another chance to take the test.

• Chairman of the Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC)Himmat Singh said the PMT examination was organised starting from July 16, with 2,000 candidates appearing for the test initially and Sunday marked the final day of the PMT for female constables, which was conducted over the past three days.
• A large number of men and women from across the state came to the Tau Devi Lal Sports Complex in Panchkula to take the PMT test, indicating their enthusiasm to serve in the Haryana Police, the chairman added.
• Singh said details would be provided soon for the same on the commission’s website.

Singh, while sharing about another opportunity for the absentees said details would be provided soon for the same on the commission’s website. He further said the Commission’s goal was to give every candidate the opportunity to take the examination and they have been successful in doing so.

Meanwile, Dipika from Lohani village in Bhiwani district, Shivani from Kaithal, Nikita from Charkhi-Dadri, and Ankita from Narnaul expressed their satisfaction with the arrangements made by the commission for the test.
