Before the meeting, Sahrawat participated in a tree plantation drive at the village school and watched a cultural performance by students showcasing Haryanvi traditions. Government departments also set up 15+ stalls to inform locals about welfare schemes and offer on-the-spot services.

Local students raised the issue of no bus stoppage in the village, which affected their education. The ADC promptly directed roadways officials to ensure that buses halted in the village the next day. He also announced that a survey would be conducted for house repairs and eligible families would receive timely assistance.

Sahrawat also reviewed enrollment under the Deendayal Ladli Lakshmi Yojana, urging all eligible women to register and avail benefits. He appealed to the villagers, especially the youth, to stand united against drug abuse and maintain cleanliness for a healthier environment.
