Advocates get training on three new laws

Hisar, August 4
Haryana State Legal Services Authority (HSLSA) organised a one-day training programme on the three new laws for Legal Aid Defence Counsels and Panel Advocates from Hisar, Sirsa, Fatehabad, Bhiwani and Jind at the Alternative Disputes Redressal Centre, District Courts Complex in Hisar today.
District and Sessions Judge-cum-Chairperson of District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Dinesh Kumar Mittal and Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-DLSA Secretary Ashok Kumar, along with advocates Arvind Khurania from Kaithal, Manbir Rathi from Panchkula and Sujan Singh from Gurugram, sensitised the advocates on the subject.
The HSLSA is organising such courses for advocates to advance their knowledge regarding the laws, including Bhartiya Nayaya Sanhita, 2023 (45 of 2023), Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (46 of 2023) and Bhartiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 (47 of 2023).
