Overwhelmed by the BJP’s performance in Haryana civic body polls, the party’s national secretary and former Agriculture Minister, Om Prakash Dhankar, has launched a scathing attack on the Congress.
After the Delhi Assembly elections, the Congress had now scored a zero in the Haryana civic bodies elections too, he said.
“The Congress is quickly heading towards its downfall. In Haryana, Congress has neither leaders nor policies. After the Congress’s defeat in Rohtak, former CM Bhupinder Hooda should now refrain from claiming Rohtak and Jhajjar as Congress strongholds. Both Rohtak and Jhajjar have embraced the lotus,” Dhankar added.
He described the BJP’s performance as a victory of the party’s policies, the leadership of PM Narendra Modi and CM Nayab Saini, and the hard work of the BJP’s dedicated workers.
