Haryana’s Industry and Environment Minister Rao Narbir emphasised the importance of industrial growth alongside agriculture for the state’s progress. Addressing the annual general meeting (AGM) of the Bahadurgarh Chamber of Commerce and Industries (BCCI) today, he urged entrepreneurs to collaborate with the government to create employment opportunities for the youth.
“The BJP has formed the government for the third consecutive term in the state and the country. Our goal is to provide citizens with all the necessary facilities and ensure employment opportunities. The government will support entrepreneurs in every way possible to promote industries,” said Rao.
He discussed the government’s initiatives to set up industries in every district, especially in backward regions, and highlighted plans to establish industrial townships. The minister announced the creation of a footwear park in Jhajjar district and reiterated the government’s focus on industrial development across the state.
“Haryana has always been known for its agriculture. While continuing to excel in this sector, it’s time for the state to also advance in industrial growth. Thriving industries will ensure progress for both the state and the nation,” said Rao.
He lauded Haryana’s achievements in industrial development despite being a relatively small state and assured the audience of the government’s commitment to supporting the industrial sector.
