Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Minister Shyam Singh Rana on Wednesday chaired the District Public Relations and Grievance Redressal Committee meeting in Jhajjar and resolved six out of 15 public grievances on the spot. He also issued instructions to officials concerned to submit reports on the remaining nine cases at the next meeting.

In addition to the scheduled agenda, several citizens who were not on the official list also submitted their complaints during the meeting. The minister while taking a serious note directed the officers to provide immediate relief.

During the public hearing, there were a few complaints that had already been resolved by the district administration, which led to the absence of the complainants at the meeting. In such cases, the minister personally called the complainants to inquire whether they were satisfied with the resolution.
