When the team headed by Dutt reached the wool market of Ward-15 on Friday and started lifting goods kept on the road, shopkeepers swung into action to save their items.

Dutt told the shopkeepers that goods kept on the road caused problems for commuters, causing traffic jams and many times emergency services like ambulance and fire brigade were affected due to the menace.

He warned the shopkeepers that if they were found keeping goods on the road again, their goods would be confiscated and a challan of Rs 25,000 would be issued.
