Ashes of lakhimpur Kheri victims immersed

n Karnal: Ashes of the farmers who died in Lakhimpur Kheri were immersed in the Western Yamuna Canal here by the BKU.

n The ashes were immersed by senior farmer leader Rampal Chehal in the canal near Kaithal gurdwara road.

n Bhadhur Singh Mehla, district president, IT cell, BKU, said the sacrifice of farmers would not go in vain and demanded sacking of MoS Ajay Mishra from the Union Cabinet. tns
