Among the key projects, the Speaker laid the foundation stone for a 1278-metre road from the PWD road to the cremation ground in Bharatpur village. The Panchayati Raj Department project will cost Rs 57.25 lakh and will be constructed using paver blocks within four months. He also laid the foundation stone for a Sub-Health Centre in Sadarpur village, to be built by Zila Parishad at an estimated cost of Rs 67.26 lakh.

Inaugurating a newly constructed 220-metre link road from Mundi Garhi-Garhi Khajoor road to Bassi village, built by the Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board at a cost of Rs 27 lakh, Kalyan emphasised the pace of development in the area. In Garhi Khajoor, he laid the foundation stone for 14 classrooms at Government Senior Secondary School under the Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad. The project, costing Rs 1.92 crore, is targeted for completion by September 18. He also inaugurated halls and rooms built for self-help groups (SHGs) and women’s meetings at a cost of Rs 8 lakh and Rs 9 lakh respectively. Additionally, a Rs 15.55 lakh project for the construction of a drain from PWD road to Dera Bamni was inaugurated.

Speaking to villagers in Sadarpur, Kalyan highlighted that the long-pending demand for a health sub-centre is finally being fulfilled. He said significant development work—including chaupals, schools, streets, farm roads and community centres—has taken place across the Yamuna belt, with more projects in the pipeline. He said the Yamuna embankments were being strengthened for flood prevention. The village panchayat has already allotted two acres for a school and has been requested to provide more land.
