The Chief Minister held a roadshow as part of the Jan Ashirwad Yatra in Samalkha from the old bus stand to the railway station and encouraged party workers to work for the BJP’s victory. He said that a panel of candidates had been sent to the central party committee for the finalisation of names.

Saini, while addressing a gathering at the Samalkha railway station after the roadshow, said that the BJP was getting the full support of people in the state.

He claimed that the BJP was going to create history by winning the state elections for the third consecutive time. He applauded the welfare policies launched by the Central and state governments and said that the BJP had ensured the development of Haryana without discrimination and provided jobs to the youth without “parchi and kharchi”.

BJP state president Mohan Lal Badoli, district president Dushyant Bhatt, besides Manmohan Bhadana, Shashi Kant Kaushik, Sanjay Chhokker, Krishan Chhokker and other leaders took part in the yatra.
