Aman had celebrated his 15th birthday on November 19.
Kumar also accused the doctors on duty at the Trauma Centre in PGIMS, Rohtak, of negligence, alleging that they delayed treatment when Aman was brought there in a critical condition. Action should also be taken against them, he said.
“I will be filing a police complaint as my son’s death was not an accident, but the result of the negligence of the officials responsible for maintaining the basketball court,” Suresh told ‘The Tribune’.
He said Bahadurgarh MLA Rajesh Joon, and former Congress MLA Rajender Joon visited their home today, but no senior BJP leader or district official came to offer their condolences.
