BJP candidate Rekha Sharma files nomination papers for RS poll
BJP candidate Rekha Sharma filed her nomination for the lone Rajya Sabha seat from Haryana. She is set to be declared elected unopposed after the withdrawal of candidates on December 13 as she is the only candidate in the fray.
She submitted her nomination papers to Returning Officer Ashok Kumar Meena in the presence of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, BJP state president Mohan Lal Badoli and several Cabinet ministers.

Sharma thanked the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP National President JP Nadda, Union Home Ministers Amit Shah and Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar besides Saini for reposing faith in her.
