The BJP today announced the launch of the ‘Sankalp Siddhi Yatra’ (from June 5 to August 15) to disseminate its achievements over the past 11 years.
Satish Poonia, BJP state incharge, and state president Mohan Lal Badoli announced the yatra at a press conference after concluding a meeting at the party office here.
“The programme will commence on the occasion of World Environment Day, with the ‘One Tree in the Name of Mother’ campaign, in which saplings will be planted at every booth,” said Poonia.
He said on June 8, the national president of the BJP would initiate ‘Sankalp Siddhi’ meetings at the Shakti Kendra level to highlight the party’s policies and principles.
Badoli said the past 11 years had not only been about governance but also about service and sustainable development. India had become the fourth largest economy under the leadership of PM Modi, and had witnessed a new form of progress with comprehensive development across all sectors, he said.
Badoli said Syama Prasad Mukherjee Martyrdom Day would be observed on June 23.
