Returning Officer and Dabwali SDM Arpit Sangal advised political candidates to open a separate bank account for election-related transactions before filing their nomination papers. He also urged all political parties and candidates to adhere strictly to the model code of conduct.

During a meeting with political party representatives at his office, Sangal highlighted the Election Commission’s guidelines for the Assembly elections. He stated that the candidates must be at least 25 years old and registered in the current state voter list. Additionally, the name of the proposer must be listed in the voter’s roll of the candidate’s constituency.
