After seeing footages of CCTV cameras installed at various places in Bahadurgarh to find clues about identification of assailants of INLD state president Nafe Singh Rathi, the police have managed to get a footage showing the movement of perpetrators in a car before the crime took place.

“In the CCTV footage, the registration number plate on a white Hyundai i10 car can be seen but the number was found fake during investigation,” sources said.

In another footage, the car was seen following Rathi’s SUV as it approached a level crossing in Bahadurgarh. Two youths sitting in the car are seen without masks. The footage of nearby toll plazas had also been checked to ascertain in which direction the assailants sped after the crime.

Meanwhile, Jitender Rathi, son of Nafe Singh, denied involvement of any gang in the murder, alleging that his father was murdered under a political conspiracy.
