Central varsity signs MoU with Indian Institute of Packaging
The Central University of Haryana (CUH) authorities have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP), Delhi, with an aim to execute enhancement in the packaging science research, education and training.
Prof Tankeshwar, Vice Chancellor, CUH, said the MoU would help in fostering collaboration in research, knowledge sharing and skill development between both institutions besides increasing academic and industrial synergies, benefiting students, faculty and professionals in the field of packaging.
The MoU was signed by RK Mishra, Director (IIP) and Prof Tankeshwar Kumar in presence of Prof Phool Singh, Dean, School of Engineering & Technology at the CUH and Dr Tanveer Alam, Additional Director and Regional Officer, IIP, Delhi.
Earlier, the VC inaugurated the advanced sustainable packaging laboratory on the university campus. Speaking on the occasion, the VC highlighted the transformative potential of the partnership for research and education in packaging technology.
