Union Power and Housing Minister Manohar Lal Khattar today asserted that the Bharatiya Janata Party government, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, was committed to the welfare poor in the spirit of Antyodaya Mission.

Addressing a workshop in the Karnal Lok Sabha constituency, organised in connection with completion of 11 years of the Modi government at the Centre, the Union Minister claimed that the Bharatiya Janata Party’s double engine government had undertaken unprecedented development and growth in the country and Haryana during the past 11 years.

“A transparent and pro people-centric government system has been put in place in the country leading to ease of living for the common man,” the Union Minister asserted.

Prominent among those present on the occasion included Krishan Lal Panwar, Panchayats and Development Minister, and Arvind Sharma, Co-operation, Heritage and Tourism Minister, Kanwar Pal Gujjar, former Haryana minister, and Sanjay Bhatia, former Member of Parliament from Karnal.
