The event was organised in two phases. In phase I, the event was organised in districts from October 10 to November 10 last year. The state-level function was organised from January 16 to 20.

Dhull said, “It was a challenge to organise the event in times of the Covid pandemic and with lockdown guidelines in place.”

About Rs 22 lakh was distributed as prize money to around 13,000 winner participants at the district-level events, while Rs 40 lakh was distributed to 592 winners at the state-level function.
