Authorities should penalise wrongdoers
The reckless dumping of the household ‘malba’ by some errant residents living nearby, (near the newly constructed bus queue shelter) in Sector 8, Panchkula, is a regular feature. This comes at a time when the “Swachh Survekshan Abhiyan” is in full swing across the state. The authorities concerned should penalise the wrongdoers. —Vinayak G, Panchkula.

Necessary action should be taken against those who are parking their vehicles in a haphazard manner. — Rajiv Anand, Karnal
