Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has given administrative approval to more than Rs 77.45 crore for repair and improvement of 83 roads with a cumulative length of 188 km in 20 constituencies of the state.
According to a government spokesperson, the CM has approved Rs 1,048.76 lakh for repair and improvement of 16 roads having a cumulative length of 26.92 km. Apart from this, Rs 1,160.39 lakh has been approved for 15 roads in Samalkha constituency, having a cumulative length of over 26 km.
A sum of Rs 1,438.80 lakh has been approved for 14 roads of Sirsa constituency, having a cumulative length of 26.61 km, while Rs 905.39 lakh has been approved for four roads in Barwala constituency.
“Saini has approved Rs 860.44 lakh for nine roads in Fatehabad, Tohana and Ratia constituencies of Fatehabad district, with a cumulative length of 37.9 km. Of these, Rs 233.83 lakh has been approved for three roads in Tohana constituency, Rs 344.67 lakh for five roads in Ratia constituency and Rs 281.54 lakh for a road in Fatehabad constituency,” said the spokesperson.
An amount of Rs 573.52 lakh has been approved for six roads of Guhla and Uchana constituencies.
