CM listens to public grievances in Ladwa

82 complaints related to district administration, 20 to Police Department, and 30 to Chandigarh received

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini listened to public grievances in Ladwa on Saturday night and directed officials to resolve the complaints on priority.

During the public grievance redressal camp held at Shivala Ram Kundi in Ladwa, 82 complaints related to the district administration, 20 related to the Police Department, and nearly 30 complaints related to Chandigarh were received.

Saini, responding to a complaint from villagers of Beed Khara village, stated that individuals who were living in a house built on Panchayat land for 20 years could register the house in their name at the collector rate.

Regarding another complaint, the Chief Minister directed Kurukshetra Deputy Commissioner Vishram Kumar Meena to ensure that no one’s pension was delayed and the work related to pension was completed on time.

The Chief Minister directed the villagers of Barot village to meet the Deputy Commissioner to include them in the 100-square-yard plot scheme. The CM also assured the villagers that the Hadda Rodi (animal carcass disposal site), located on the road from Gadli village to Barot, would be relocated soon.

While addressing the people on the occasion, the Chief Minister said the government hospitals would offer all facilities on the lines of the private hospitals in the state. “On September 25, 10 government hospitals, including one in Kurukshetra, will start providing all facilities on the lines of private hospitals. In future, one hospital in each of the 22 districts will be equipped with these facilities,” he said.

The Chief Minister said crores of rupees would be spent under the Pradeshik Utthan Yojana for road construction work. The money will be used to renovate, strengthen, and beautify roads connecting all districts, subdivisions, and villages. The roads of Ladwa will also be renovated under the project.

The Chief Minister also extended his greetings for Navratri festival to all citizens of the state.

Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner Vishram Kumar informed the Chief Minister that a special camp was organised at the SDM office in Ladwa to resolve the complaints related to the Parivar Pehchan Patra. During the camp, 190 complaints related to the Ladwa Assembly constituency were received, of which 55 were resolved at the spot. More such camps will be organised in the coming days.

Kurukshetra Superintendent of Police Nitish Agarwal, SDM Ladwa Pankaj Setia, BJP District Chief Tejender Goldy, Chairperson of Ladwa Municipal Committee Sakshi Khurana and several other officials and BJP leaders were present on the occasion.
