Ambala, July 30
Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini today reached out to residents of Naraingarh constituency and listened to their grievances as part of the CM’s Jan Samvad Programme here on Tuesday.
Nearly 200 complaints were heard during the programme, and the CM directed officials to resolve the complaints on priority.
During the event, the residents raised the issue of water supply following which the CM directed the Executive Engineer of the Public Health and Engineering Department to prepare and send the estimates of all defunct tubewells in the Naraingarh constituency.
The CM also issued directions in complaints related to a drain in Lalpur village, teachers in a government school, power and water supply and immigration fraud. Sugarcane farmers of Naraingarh also raised the issue of pending dues of the crop supplied to Naraingarh Sugarmills Ltd. — TNS
