CM Saini to attend MP Sports Festival Finale in Fatehabad today

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini is set to attend the grand finale of the MP Sports Festival at MM College, Fatehabad, as the chief guest on Saturday. During his visit, the CM is expected to inaugurate new development projects and lay the foundation for several upcoming schemes in the district.

The district administration has completed all preparations for the event. On Friday, District Commissioner Dr Vivek Bharti, accompanied by SP Siddhant Jain, inspected the venue at MM College and reviewed arrangements for the main stage, participant accommodations, sports fields, media gallery, parking, and visitor seating. He also checked cleanliness, drinking water, medical facilities, traffic management and emergency services. Preparations for the proposed programme at Panchanad Seva Sadan were also reviewed.

For the CM’s visit, Fatehabad police have strengthened security, deploying 814 personnel, including six DSPs, 15 inspectors, 47 SIs, 488 constables, 190 home guards, and 74 SPOs. Eight security checkpoints have been set up across the district with continuous monitoring. Multi-level security screening would be conducted at the venue and visitors would be allowed entry only after thorough checks.
