Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini will flag off a group of participants of the National Youth Festival on January 8 from Chandigarh.

An official spokesperson said the festival would be held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, from January 10 to 12, with a delegation of 75 participants from the state.

Under the aegis of the Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Department, Haryana, the Directorate of Skill Development and Industrial Training organised district-level youth festivals across all 22 districts of Haryana in November. Approximately 6,000 youth participated and showcased their talent in various competitions. Following this, a state youth festival was organised at Palwal from January 3 to 5, with around 1,000 participants who secured first place in their respective districts.
