CM to lay stones for various projects in Mahendragarhon May 18

DC holds meeting with officials to finalise preparations

Deputy Commissioner Vivek Bharti on Wednesday convened a meeting with officials of various departments at the Mini-Secretariat in Narnaul town to review and finalise preparations for the proposed visit of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini to the district on May 18.

The CM is slated to inaugurate and lay foundation stones for various development projects under the Mahendragarh Assembly constituency at a public programme at the Government College ground.

The DC instructed all departments to begin preparations immediately and ensure that all necessary approvals related to their respective projects are secured without delay. He emphasised that proper arrangements must be in place to accommodate the public attending the event.

To ensure public comfort, arrangements will include designated seating sectors with chairs and adequate drinking water facility within each sector. Considering the summer heat, coolers and fans will be installed in sufficient numbers at the venue.

The DC also stressed the importance of proper sanitation, availability of electricity, drinking water, ambulance services and public toilets. He instructed officials to trim trees along approach routes and maintain cleanliness in and around the venue.

Security and crowd management were also key points of discussion at the meeting. Bharti directed that separate parking zones be arranged, each supervised by a designated nodal officer to ensure smooth operations.

Mahendragarh SDM Anil Yadav, Nangal Chaudhary SDM Manoj Kumar, Kanina SDM Jitendra Singh, Narnaul SDM Ramit Yadav, City Magistrate Manjeet Kumar, DSP Hardeep Singh and several other senior officials were present at the meeting.
