Addressing a Jan Ashirwad rally in Loharu Assembly constituency of Bhiwani district, Saini said the people of the state need to be cautious of them. Attacking former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, he alleged that a ‘bharti roko’ (create hurdles in recruitment) gang has been active at the behest of Hooda which always meddle in the recruitment process by approaching the court and now this group has gone to the Election Commission in an attempt to stop the ongoing recruitment process.

He alleged that the Congress leaders had been resorting to false propaganda that if the BJP comes to power for the third time, they will change the Constitution, but the BJP has always acted according to the Constitution and has served the needy by following the path shown by Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar. Saini alleged that on the contrary, the Congress has always insulted the Constitution.

Taking a dig at Hooda for demanding account of the BJP government’s works, Saini alleged that during Hooda’s tenure incidents of atrocities occurred with the Scheduled Caste people in Mirchpur village in Hisar district and Gohana town in Sonepat district and the houses of people belonging to the SC community were burnt. He claimed that the Congress will face a severe drubbing in the Assembly elections.

Union Minister of Culture and Tourism, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Haryana Minister JP Dalal were among those present in the rally.
