MP Deepender Hooda today said that the BJP government was now a guest only for 19 days as the people of the state had decided to vote for change.

Deepender was campaigning in support of Congress candidate and current MLA Rajendra Singh Joon in Bahadurgarh Assembly constituency of Jhajjar district. He addressed public meetings at Lowa Khurd, Noona Mazra, Mandothi, Tandaheri, Jakhoda village and other areas and appealed to the people to make the Congress candidate victorious with a huge majority.

“The BJP government, which looted Haryana in 10 years and made it number 1 in unemployment, has once again hatched a conspiracy to betray the voters. Many vote-cutter parties and Independent candidates have entered the fray at the behest of the BJP. Every vote given to them will go to the account of the BJP. Therefore, one should not miss the opportunity to oust the BJP from power by falling into the trap of any Independent or any other party,” he said.

The MP said the BJP did not do anything in 10 years, why will the public believe its false announcements now? Neither did they give 15 lakhs to every person, nor did they create 2 crore jobs every year. Even the income of farmers did not double and the promises they made in the 2014 manifesto were never fulfilled, he added.

Deepender called the BJP manifesto a bundle of false promises and said the BJP was now saying that it would give 2 lakh jobs to the youth.

“BJP admitted that 2 lakh government posts are lying vacant in Haryana, then why did it not give permanent jobs to the youth of Haryana in 10 years? On the contrary, the BJP government ate up permanent jobs. Through Kaushal Nigam, Agnipath Yojana, permanent government jobs were converted into temporary jobs,” he said.

He claimed the Central Government ended 30 lakh jobs, the state government ended 2 lakh jobs. The BJP government became a contractor even to send people seeking employment in war-torn Israel. The youth were embroiled in temporary recruitment and CET. At the same time, the common people of Haryana were entangled in portals, PPP, IDs, papers, he stated.

Deepender announced that as soon as the Congress government was formed, all pending recruitments would be completed and the selected candidates given joining.
