Carry out Cleanliness drive, anti-malaria fogging in Faridabad

The negligence on part of the Departments of Health and Municipal Corporation has now resulted in surfacing of a large number of cases of dengue and malaria in the city. As the number of dengue cases has been several times higher than the cases surfaced last year, the authorities concerned are still busy telling the people the causes of the spread of dengue and malaria instead of taking action on the ground. The authorities should start intense fogging, and cleanliness drive to ensure that there is no accumulation of waste water in the residential areas. —Pramod Manocha, Faridabad
