Deputy Commissioner Pradeep Dahiya recently visited the State Institute of Advanced Studies in Teacher Education (SIASTE) on Bahadurgarh Road here to inspect sites for a proposed building and hostels.

Director Rishi Goyal and officials from Jhajjar Education Society were among those present during the visit.

The DC toured the institute’s library, teaching blocks and other facilities.

He asked the management to ensure that all students received necessary facilities as per rules.

Stressing the importance of timely and quality construction, he instructed the officials concerned to ensure that the work on the new buildings commenced soon and completed on time.

Dahiya said that providing modern facilities in higher education institutions was a priority for the administration, ensuring a better learning environment for students.

The DC issued clear instructions to the officials concerned to remove any illegal constructions on the land of educational institutions.

He said illegal structures would not be tolerated, and appropriate action would be taken as per the rules to maintain safety on educational campuses.

He said the administration was committed to providing better facilities in educational institutions and would ensure that necessary resources were available to enhance the quality of education in future.
