DC, SP stays overnight at village, listen to problems of people
Deputy Commissioner Parth Gupta and Superintendent of Police Rajiv Deswal along with other officials of the district administration stayed overnight at Government Primary School in Hadauli village, falling in the Chhachhrauli subdivision of Yamunanagar district.
At the programme, they listened to the problems of the people and got these resolved.
Sarabjeet, a resident of Hadauli village complained about the removal of garbage from in front of his house, to which Deputy Commissioner Parth Gupta ordered the officials concerned to get the garbage removed.
From Hadauli village itself, Seema Rani complained about getting the family identity card made, Meena and Atma Ram about getting the electricity bill corrected, Ramavatar about getting Aadhar card and voter card made, Rai Singh, Reena, Sanjeev, Satpal, Suresh, Rashida, Kamlesh and other people about getting 100-100 square yard plots.
Similarly Sachin Sharma complained about getting Aadhar card made, Gurmeet Pal, a resident of Dadupur Saini village, complained about getting the dirty water drained out, the residnts of Tihano village about getting the Som river embankment made or paved, Gurmeet and some other people complained about getting the road from Khanpura village to Taruwala village made.
At the programme, a number of other demands were also put forth by the people before Deputy Commissioner Parth Gupta, who directed the officials concerned to solve the problems of the people as soon as possible.
Similarly, Maya Ram of Khanpur village requested the Deputy Commissioner to get an Aadhar card made for his daughter Riya, whose mental condition was not good, on which the Deputy Commissioner immediately called him to his office the next day and said that Riya's Aadhar card would be made.
Roshan, Aslam and other residents of Hadauli village complained about the drainage of water from the pond.
They said the pond overflowed during the rainy season causing cracks in their houses.
The Deputy Commissioner directed the officials concerned to find a solution for the drainage of water from the pond.
Two children of the village, Rhythm and Divyanshu, were presented gifts by the Deputy Commissioner as it was their birthday.
CTM Piyush Gupta, DIPRO Dr Manoj Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police Rajinder Kumar, Subdivisional Officer of Chhachhrauli Rohit Kumar, Tehsildar of Chhachhrauli Sudesh Mehra, Block Development and Panchayat Officer Sachet Mittal and other officers were present at the night stay programme.
