  • Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh returned to Sunaria jail on the completion of his parole on Monday
  • He is undergoing imprisonment for the rape of his two disciples and murder of journalist Ram Chander Chhatrapati

He stayed at Baghpat Ashram in Uttar Pradesh during his parole and did not visit dera headquarters in Sirsa.

During his live session on his official Instagram account last night, he was accompanied by his adopted daughter Honeypreet.

This is for the first time after the dera head’s conviction that he and Honeypreet were seen together on a public platform.

Ram Rahim had released a letter from the jail in April this year stating that he was and would remain the dera head. Undergoing life sentence in rape and murder cases, he was lodged in the Rohtak jail.

Sources said the dera head’s letter was aimed at putting a stop to the talks of differences between his family members and his adopted daughter Honeypreet.

During the live session yesterday, the dera head made a bizarre claim that his blood group changed from O+ to O- following the demise of previous dera head Shah Satnam Singh. Medical experts have denied such a possibility.
