At the meeting, SP Cyber Amit Dahiya said in 2023, about 1,500 complaints were received daily on the cyber helpline number, which had increased to between 2,500 and 2,800. In such a situation, it was necessary to increase the number of personnel deployed on the helpline number. Acting immediately on the matter, the DGP ordered the increase in the number of personnel deployed on the cyber helpline number 1930. He said every call coming on the helpline number was important.
