DGP inaugurates book fair in Panipat
Panipat, August 17
Director General of Police Shatrujeet Singh Kapoor today inaugurated a state-level seven-day ‘Panipat Mahotsav-Book Fair’, Road Safety Knowledge Centre and Foreign Language Teaching Centre at SD PG College here. He also inaugurated road safety knowledge centres in around 100 schools and colleges in the state by digital mode.
The DGP also inaugurated the newly constructed building of Sadar Police Station on the Refinery premises. He also inaugurated an e-library at the Police Lines.
The fair is being organised by the Haryana Police, district administration, Municipal Corporation, District Transport Department, Women and Child Development Department, Panchayat Department and Indian Oil, Haryana State Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Department and AYUSH Department. — TNS
