Dispose of pending complaints promptly, ADC tells officers
Rohtak Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Narendra Kumar, while reviewing the pending complaints of Samadhan Shivir, has directed the officers concerned to settle these complaints as soon as possible.
He said all departments should also take immediate action on the newspaper reports highlighting issues of public interest so that the people do not face inconvenience.
The officer also heard the complaints of residents during the Samadhan Shivir organised at the local Mini-Secretariat. Local Zila Parishad Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Bhupendra Singh, District Development and Panchayat Officer (DDPO) Rajpal Chahal and senior officers of other related departments were also present at the camp.
While listening to the complaints of the residents, the ADC directed the officers concerned of different departments to settle these complaints promptly.
Complaints related to the local Municipal Corporation, Public Health Engineering Department, Social Welfare Department, UHBVN, police and family IDs etc were received at the camp.
ADC Narendra Kumar pointed out that under the new initiative of the government, the complaints related to various departments are being resolved as soon as possible under one roof at the Samadhan Camp. "The residents can lodge their complaints at these camps organised at all district headquarters and subdivisional headquarters between 10 am and 12 noon on all working days," he said, adding that hand-written complaints could be brought and there was no need to bring typed or printed complaints.
