The Minister also directed senior police and civil officials to take strict and immediate action against all those involved. “No one will be spared. We are committed to ensuring justice to the families and maintaining law and order in the village,” he said.

As per police reports, preliminary investigation suggests that a dispute led to the attack. The victims had allegedly made comments about the sisters of two accused, which sparked retaliation from a group of teenagers. Seven juveniles, aged between 15 and 16, have been detained and police are investigating the involvement of others. A case has been registered under Sections 190, 191(3), 103, 61(2), and the SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act by the Sadar police Kaithal.
