Dr Brahmjeet Singh Rangi is new Rohtak MC Commissioner
Rohtak, August 20
The additional charge of Municipal Commissioner has been taken from Deputy Commissioner Ajay Kumar and handed over to Dr Brahmjeet Singh Rangi, who assumed office today. Meanwhile, two Joint Commissioners of the Municipal Corporation have been replaced.
Joint Commissioners Vijay Singh and Ankita Verma have been transferred, but the officers appointed in their places are yet to join duties.
Meanwhile, listing his priorities, Rangi said in view of the recent Delhi mishap, his immediate focus would be on the violations in the construction of basements and provision of exit points in buildings.
