Dr MKK Arya School honours achievers at Annual Day

Dr MKK Arya Model School celebrated its Annual Day with great splendour and enthusiasm on Saturday under the theme “Petals of Faith.” The audience was enthralled by a series of captivating dance and theatrical performances.

The event was graced by Chief Guest Harvinder Kalyan, Speaker, Haryana Legislative Assembly, and MLA (City) Pramod Vij.

The celebration was further enhanced by the presence of the school’s president Sanjiv Kapur, vice-president Ritu Kapur, chairperson Jyoti Kapur, along with distinguished guest Gurdeep Singh. Principal Madhup Parasar, academic advisor Manju Setia, language and activity in-charge Meera Marwaha, finance controller Jasbir Kumar and administrative officer Deepak Girdhar also attended.

The dignitaries were welcomed with floral bouquets, followed by a heartfelt tribute to the founder, Maharaj Krishna Kapur.

The cultural programme commenced with the traditional lamp-lighting ceremony and a soulful welcome song that set a joyful tone for the evening. Principal Parasar extended warm greetings to all guests and presented the annual report, highlighting students’ exceptional achievements in board examinations — including Chhavi’s 99%, Swasti and Nirul’s impressive results in Class X, and Nikhil’s 98.2% followed by Sahaj and Nakul in Class XII.
