RESIDENTS of Kaithal town have been facing inconvenience while passing through the main market as both sides of the road in the market have been encroached upon by shopkeepers. They have either constructed concrete structures or put up tables to display their items on the road, leaving very little space for pedestrians and two-wheelers.
