The Haryana Government has made an important amendment to the Enterprises Promotion Policy 2015.

Under the new amendment, the Director, Town and Country Planning (TCP), will now be competent to grant licence for the development of industrial colony in the industrial or agriculture zone. The amendment is part of the ‘ease of doing business’ initiative of the Haryana Government.
