Haryana's Industries and Environment Minister Rao Narbir Singh said entrepreneurs will play an important role in making India a developed nation and the world's third largest economy.
He was addressing a gathering at an event organised by Laghu Udyog Bharti in Ambala City on Wednesday.
The minister said, “A triple-engine government of BJP has been formed in the state and people of all sections of the society have contributed significantly in creating this history. The government is constantly working for the public welfare while taking care of every section.”
He said in the recently presented Budget, many announcements have been made for entrepreneurs. The interests of every section have been taken care of in the Budget.
He asked the entrepreneurs present and all others to work together for environmental protection. “Increasing pollution is a major problem and we have to come forward to deal with this problem. We should not use polythene. After preparing their product, entrepreneurs should use something that is pollution-free instead of using polythene to pack it. Along with this, to keep the environment clean, more trees have to be planted and protected. We all have to contribute in giving a good environment to the coming generations”, the minister said.
Former Minister of State Aseem Goel, BJP district chief Mandeep Rana and several BJP leaders were also present.
